Country leagues in football

In football there is also country leagues various country league which names are Uefa euro, nations league and Copa america 

UEFA Euro LEAGUE 
The UEFA European Football Championship, less formally the European Championship and informally the Euros, is the primary association footballtournament organized by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). The competition is contested by UEFA members’ senior men's national teams determining the continental  of Europe. 
The competition has been held every four years since 1960 except for 2020, when it was postponed until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe, but kept the name Euro 2020. Scheduled to be in the even-numbered year between FIFA World Cup tournaments, it was originally called the European Nations' Cup, changing to the current name in 1968. Since 1996, the individual events have been branded as Uefa euro 2020

-UEFA devised the tournament as a means to eliminate international friendlies—an aim that has been shared by many football clubs and supporters, with the regular football season being interrupted with non-competitive international matches as part of the FIFA International Match Calendar.
Last time France was the winner of uefa nation 2020 was held in 2021.
And in 2019 uefa nation was won by cristiano ronaldo .

3.Copa america
CONMEBOL Copa América is the primary international men’s football tournament participated by national teams of South America. Until 1975, it was known as the South American Football Championship. The tournament determines the champion of South America.
This league was won by Messi have 2021 and that's is first I ternational tropy for his country.
Copa america ha e 16 teams.
